Our business hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

If we receive your order by 2:00 p.m., we can usually dispatch it the same day. For orders received after 2:00 p.m., we will make every effort to ship it promptly, but same-day dispatch cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us if you need an urgent shipment. 

Yes, international shipping is possible, although our online shop does not currently support this feature. To place an order for delivery outside the UK, please email us your order details to sales@altiel.co.uk, including product code, quantity, and size, along with your full delivery address. We will then send you a Proforma Invoice with the competitive shipping cost.

If you provide us with your company name, we can look up your previous orders and their details, including the quantities ordered.

We recommend placing orders through our online shop for the most convenient and fastest service. However, if you need customized support for delivery options or payment issues, please feel free to contact us. We also accept orders via email or telephone. Please note that we no longer accept payment details over the phone. Instead, we can send a secure payment link via Quickbook. Once we receive your payment confirmation, your order will be processed promptly.
